Quick question, when I transfer my fish to the new tank, do I just put them in or do I need to put them in bags for a bit in new tank before releasing them? Water is them as been using water from there tank and both water test are the same.

As long as the temp is similar there is no need to put them in bags. Just move them. (I am assuming the new tank is cycled or you are also moving the old filter).

Yes, temperature is the key so as not to shock...so if temperature is roughly the same, the fish can be transferred straight away. There is a school of thought in the hobby that drip acclimation is better, but experts tell us that it can take days or even weeks for fish to adjust to significantly different water chemistries.
So acclimate for temperature, then plop 'n drop. BUT, if the water was not yours, just add the fish, not the water. That is to say if you're moving fish in your home between tanks, no worries...but if/when they come from the outside, leave the old water behind to better ensure any evil in the water doesn't get into your tank! :)
