Trace Element Suppliments.

Who uses them? If so do you feel they work?

Are these a god sent or a scam?y LFS seems to swear by them but at £9 a bottle I don't blame him.

What's everyones thoughts on adding suppliments to the tank.

I have never used them water changes should add most of the elements back into the tank I do use amino acids once a week but thats all

I dont use them either - and stopped using ammino acids

I don't use them either, although I do test for Ca, alk, Mg because I use NSW, but as seffie says regular water changes seems to work, been enough for my little setup anyway.

i sometimes use the powdered stuff. Wouldnt say it was worth it though tbh, just a little tweak now and then

Regular water changes...THAT IS ALL.

DO NOT ADD WHAT YOU DON'T TEST FOR.
