Tough Plants

Hi there
I was just wondering if anyone can tell me the names of some tough plants?
Im planning a tank with a convict cichlid and know they like to rip up plants but I really dont like plastic plants in tropical tanks.
Any help would be great

Anubias nana's are tough. The leaves are thick enough so your fish can't eat them. It's a very hardy plant.

Java Fern attached to a large lump of bogwood. The fern isn't actually in the gravel therefore cannot be uprooted by your Convicts..

I agree with plants posted above. Also bronze wendii is tough and fish will not eat, needs little light and reproduces quickly. bronze wendii grows quickly also.

My bronze wendii has reproduced into 6 seperate plants within a year, all quite large now.

Java fern is the unkillable. I had convicts and my Java ferns did fine.
