Topic Ended-mind Made Up

Ok, I have the following things that I am going to re-arrange in an hour!
Tanks:
Note: All tanks are in UK Gallons, I will measure all the water I put in and find out how many gallons it is, i'll probably use a jug, as 5 UK Litres = 1 UK Gallon.
(Roughly) 2Gallon Tank
(Roughly) 3.5Gallon Hex Tank
Fish:
One Male Betta (VT)
Two Black Moors (Goldfish)
Ornaments:
One twirly cave (about 15cm(L)x10cm(H)) with one hole to go in and out.
One small castle, about 5cmx5cm, with a hole in the side and a hole in the back.
One small bridge about 5cmx5cm, I was thinking of chucking this out as it is very old and isn't of a good quality.
Gravel:
Mixture of coloured gravel (green and blue)
Normal gravel/stones with big stones mixed in.
Plants:
One plastic flowers/plant.
Two small natural ferns.
One silk Echinodorus - "Red Rubin" (10CM)
One silk Nuphar Japonica (10CM)
One silk Lobelia Cardinalis (20CM)
Filters and pumps:
Undergravel filter with airstone and uplift tube.
All-In-One Filter (Mechanical, Chemical and Biological) hangs on the side of tank.
Heaters:
One 50Watt heater.
Please could you post stating the best setups for all my fish, take note there is two black moors so therefore I think they should go in the bigger tank, but you may think different.
Put the heater/filter combo in the 3.5 gallon & use it for the Betta.
Buy a new 70 litre, minimum, tank for the goldfish.
Use the tiny tank as a planter.
Decorate them however you like.
