I was just wondering what some good top of the tank schooling fish would be. I have a 65 gal tank with 6 tiger barbs and 1 red tailed shark ( just got him today ).
In the next few weeks i want to start a different group of fish. I'm looking for ideas so i can research them further. :D

Thnx for any replies.....
Oh and i finally got my new shark to eat some peas :) He loves his cave!

I like hatchetfish. They might be too timid w/ tigers. You also need plants reaching top of water. Half-beaks are also cool but same as above. You might be best off with some danios. VERY active. The leoperds are pretty cool.

i hear hatchets are great fish I think there neat too, but they are not supposed to be the hardiest of fish and fairly delicite, and of course the jumping

yeah, like the others said, hatchets...but guppies also swim towards the top

Hatchets are true top dwelling fish. Danios are mid level dwellers, even though they will go to the top at times. Guppies just swim all over.
