In my 55G tank, I'm running 2 AquaClear power filters(300GPH for up to 75G tank) on opposite sides. I know puffers like high movement but would this be too much currents? Couple times I saw them getting stuck on the filter for a quick second. I don't know if it was by mistake or force.

Sounds fine to me, but if you position some plants or ornaments to create a 'calm zone' they may appreciate it.

If they are small you can probably use one until they get to a size where they are stronger then it would be encouraged to have that amount of filtration. Sounds like you are set up for a good end product tank.
If they are 3" or bigger, both of those would probably not bother them. If they are still babies and not too tough, then it could be too much for the moment, but I myself like to have more filtration than is recommended.
I have an Emperor 300 on my 20 gallon, so.... :)
