Too Frequent Water Changes?

Is it possible to clean your betta tanks too frquently? I want to start cleaning my aquariums every two or three days. Is this okay? Thanks!

About a gallon each, with the exception of my plant vase, which is less than a gallon.

Not really - not unless you're cleaning them 4 - 5 times a day. lol

I started leaving lucky's 1 gallon tank go for sometimes up to 5 days. His fins started to frazzle and fray, so I started up daily changes last week and his fins have healed up very nicely.

I think there is a balance that has to be met between stress caused by water changes and stress caused by dirty water. My 1 gallon tanks will now be getting changes on Monday, Wednesday and Friday - more often if I see any signs of problems.
