Planted and filled up my UNS 16T tonight it is 15 x 15 x 25cm which comes out as 5 litres. I'm never putting livestock in here just the plants, its a filterless, heaterless tank and the plants I have in here are Eleocharis Parvula, Myriophyllum Guyana and Anubias Mini Coin, I'm not too sure how the Myriophyllum will do... it came from a 1-2-grow pot and does not look too good... but we will see.

The substrate is Wio Eonian and the rocks are Wio Millenium Nano Rocks. The light is a Chihiros Z which is a really cool little spot style lamp, not sure how it will perform it does remind me of a torch I used to have... you can twist the lens to make the light wider or narrower I've got it at the widest point at the moment,.

Not a super serious project but a bit of fun. I've tried a few tiny tanks and I think this is my best one so far, its in my main office at the moment next to the upcoming shell dweller tank but I might move it downstairs into the new office space which might be fun.

I'm going to keep an on it for algae, I've read/seen that I might be on daily water changes but its no hassle on this if thats the case. I've got the light set on a timer 10am - 4pm at the moment, I'm not planning on adding liquid ferts and the substrate should be full of nutrients and that should get into the water column for the anubias as well.

Hello Wills. I'm no fan of small tanks. But, I have to admit, I really like it. A perfect home for some Zebra Nerite snails. No fish of course, right???

Current plans are just plants, definitely no shrimp - I'd consider some kind of shrimp or maybe Thai Micro Crabs but by no mean a big deal if not. I just wanted it set up nice and simple :) I'm hoping the plants go nuts and just fill the tank out, the hairgrass should get really dense :)

I sense a sideline career in aquascaping ahead!
I did try to film the process of this tank and a few others recently but its really hard... might try to edit them at some point but its the time as well isnt it haha.

I always envy those who can scape such a small tank. I wish I could do that. In my mind I can but for real I seem to struggle to execute it well. So, glory to all who can...!
