Tiny Creatures in Tank

Hi, I've had my tank going about four months now. The last week or two I've noticed these tiny creatures on the glass. They are white and about the size of a pin head. Are they copepods?

Looks like copepods to me. Harmless. Skip some feedings and your fish will take care of them.

If you take a picture with your zoom all the way up, you might be able to see them a lot better.

If they grow up to 1mm maximum, I would think Ostracods.

Also harmless and a good food for fish.

His fish must be very well fed

I never seen neons not decimating them at once.

I skipped feeding for three days and don't the Tetras have been eating them at all.
