Tiny Black Dots?

Yesterday I noticed a few tiny black dots on my tang.Today there are a lot more.The fish sleeps right below the phosban and the black specks look identical to Rowaphos.I'm sure this will be an easy one for you guys.any help is always great.What is on the tang?

seeing as it is a tang
I'm guessing it is black spot disease commonly called tang disease.
caused by an innfestation of tiny Genus Paravortex member turbellarian flatworms.

I believe the best treatment is a freshwater bath followed by a course of formalin

My leather mushroom died because it got some rowaphos on it.
