Be honest never tried it I bet they would love it but you never know till you try. My personal opinion I would never give any of my loaches anything that has come out of a tin for one reason the food that comes in tins usually comes in a preserve of some kind so I would try buying a fresh one chop it up in to chunks bag and freeze what your not going to use for another time.

Infact i am going to give it a go.

My Striata ill call them Zebra along with my Clowns and yoyo loaches love a wide range of shelled fish like clams, muscles, winkles and cockle along with Prawns my Zebra also love lettuce and cucumber.

Regards onebto

I gave them a little today out of the tine and they seem to like it. The black ruby barbs also loved the bits that i popped into the tank.

I'll need to try lettuce? What about earth worms or ants?

My yoyo loaches adore crickets. They get the ones that the serpae tetras chew the legs off of (the Serpaes aren't quite big enough to take a chunk out of the body).
