Tinfoil Barbs With White Spots

my tinfoil barbs seem to have very tiny white spots from the heard to the dorsal fin i do not think it is white spot.
i wonder if they are like the white spots that male goldfish get b4 spawning and ideas or any 1 eles noticed this
