Tiger Shrimp?

hi there, are these Tiger shrimp quite good for a smallish (10 Gal) tank, i want to have a happy and peaceful eviornment for my Dwarf Gourami and Neon Tetras, i was thinking about a plec to control the algae, but these grow quite large so not the best idea... i saw these guys and thought they would be great... any ideas otherwise please say... thanks in advance

Do tigers do a good job with algae? the best shrimp i've heard of is the amano / japonica shrimp, i have several in my cory tank and they do a great job on algae.
