Is this fair?

It's on ebay, and there is several pictures of it out of water.

I was just wondering if its safe for them to be out of water for this period of time?

Its not great, is it safe for you to be underwater that long? It doesn't kill them, but certainly stresses them out. That one looks a little unhealthy anyways. His head looks a little skinny, like hes malnuriched.

Its not great, but it will live. Can the photographer be underwater that long, probably not, so I wouldn't make the pleco do it. This one looks unhealthy too. His head looks skinny, like hes malnurished.

Doesn't look healthy at all, poor thing.
It's one of my biggest pet hates, people taking Plecs out of the tank to photograph them...
