What other fish could I add in with my tiger barbs to form a community of mix fish?

Hi!
First off, what size tank do you have? How much water does it hold? Litres/gallons. Any plants? Real, plastic or silk? Have you seen any fish in particular that you fancy? And how many tiger barbs do you have at the moment? If you answer these questions for me, I will be able to help! :)

Honestly, looking at your signature, I dont think you should any more fish at all. A hex tank means you can keep less fish in it, I'm not sure about the sizes of the tank, but think its probably not even long enough to house the barbs properly, let along with many more fish. Stick to what you've got now is best I think

You must move the angel and pleco. The pleco is most likely common and will grow to over a foot in length. The angel needs a lot more space, a taller tank, and tankmates that won't nip its fins.

You'll have to remove these fish then find a type of fish that is fast and can cope with the fin nipping.

I am only housing the angelfish temporary until I find a new home for it. Perhaps back to the LFS. As per my signature, it is a 18gallon hex tank, 1 pleco, 4 cory's, 6 tiger barbs and a very short rent on the angelfish.
