tiger barbs

please can someone clear something up for me. my friend bought what she was told were albino tiger barbs (they are pink) and green tiger barbs. a friend of hers has said they are dyed that colour. she is really upset as she doesnt like to see dyed fish but these look natural, please can someone clarify?

Tell your friend not to worry, That's their proper colour.

Albino and green tiger barbs are not dyed as Fat Boy said. They are strains introduced by breeders and should be cared for the way regular tigers are.
