So the other day I woke up and one was doing a headstand and was a little pale. Did some homework and came and there were all doing it. I have since discovered that this normal behaviour for after feeding, sleeping and establishing dominance.
I came home and they were all doing headstands and thought not much of it and then they started to either look like they were mating, trying to find a mate and or fight.
Looking tonight after leaving them for the day and it looks like they have either become ill or they have been fighting as the very tips of the dorsal and caudal fin look tethered, torned, nipped at and spotted white (whites spots only at the tips, not the body or further). There are a few like this. Do they heal and or what is this and how is it best treated?

I have noticed there is one hanging out the at the back by itself. It eats and has a healthy colour and ventured out for a moment whilst feeding but went back to the same spot. Since coming home to most of them head standing this is the first full day it looks like the barb has been there.
Is something wrong with this barb or is doing something particular?
