Hi and welcome to the forum :)

It looks like a genetic deformity.

How long have you had the fish for?
When did it start doing this?
How long has the tank been set up for?

Tank been set up for about 4 months and only had the fish for 4 days as got 6 of them. On the 2nd/3rd day the fish started doing it as far as i noticed it as they were all really hyper when got them.

The fish isnt swimming with the other fish aswell he/she just stays at the top right cornor of the tank

if you want to post another picture and a short 20 second video of the fish swimming I might be able to offer more. But from the picture you have already posted it just looks like it has a deformed caudal peduncle (the area where the tail joins the body) and a deformed tail. However, if the fish had a normal tail when you got it, there might be a protozoan parasite affecting the tail.

Are any of the fish rubbing on objects in the tank?

put a video on youtube as wouldnt let me upload to the site keeps saying error but best video i can get as of now but that is where the fish stays since yesterday morning

Is it worth putting the fish in a plastic quaritine fish tank

I would euthanize it. It's unlikely the fish is going to recover.
