Just because they are the same color/ patterning doesn't mean they can breed. Loach+Tetra? That'll be the day I die. Why'll your at it, breed an Oscar to a Guppy. jk, it's not even possible (for either).

Generally fish have to be within the same genus to crossbreed. If you do a little Googling on taxonomy, you'll see that loaches and bards are much too distantly related for a hybrid to be produced
