Managed to snag a great picture of the three types of albino I have! :hyper:

on the left : Reticulated Albino Female, "Lola"
in the middle : Albino Female, "Phoenix"
on the right : Golden Reticulated Albino Male, "Magellan"

Thanks.

I think the little tadpole who I thought was albino is actually a leucistic. I am considering keeping that one for a bit longer to see how it develops....who knows...maybe I will have another color morph in the group!

Cant wait to see a new photo of the little guy. :)

from doing some research online, chances are the little guy is going to be either leucistic or a reticulated albino

What is the difference? Or what is a reticulated albino since I know what leucistic are?

I like leucistic animals better than albino as they have "eyes" if you get what I mean; you can see the eyes better :)

Reticulated, like pictured in the first photo, are albinos who have albino spots - - generally yellowish-pink spotting on their body. Still considered fully albino. however, due to their concentrated pigmentation, their eyes are usually a little darker...somewhat in between a regular albino and a leucistic.

Oh I am going to - - I love the idea of keeping one of my first babies!!!
