I apologize for the several spots of coralline in the way, but, couldn't help taking a pic of this tonite. It was dazzling (picture is UNRETOUCHED). SH

Yours looks great! Mine keeps being trampled by hermits.....not happy, i may have to move it.

How high is it up in your LR? I thought they were predominately sand bed critters?

wow, thats stunning SH

I have the brain on a ledge just above the substrate and it's done well. I feed it twice a week with Cyclopeeze, mysid and enriched brine. SH

Hmm, thanks for that SH. I thought mine was the same type brain as yours, but i dont know. I feed (or try to anyway) Enriched Baby Brine, Normal Brine, and some small fish flesh once a week. I dont see the "tenticles" you have there in that pic though. I dont think he is dying however, as he still inflates, and some minor damage from my hermit has started to heal. Any tips? Apart from placing higher, which i could possibly do.

BTW, how many Watts in your tank?

My watts are 72 50/50, 10,000K actinic over 24G. My brain looks hairy at night from all the tentacles. Try after lights out....add alittle to the water..recheck in a few minutes and see if it extends it's tentacles. SH
