Periscope tank

undtan_lg.jpg

its amazing what these manufacturers will come up with to get people to part with their money. as its an awkward shape its hard to work out the gallons, but i think it must come close to 3 u.k gallons. so sad :(

That's awful for goldfish, but might be ok for smaller fish.

I keep imagining troy mclure using that tank

But not how the makers intended

If it's only 3 gal couldn't put anything in it.

We used this for our son's very first tank. We were kind--it only held a betta.
We figured it would keep a very young boy from scooping the fish out by hand
since he could "see it" through the periscope...
They betta would have lived fine if our son hadn't decided it was more hungry
than freeze dried worms could accomodate, so he gave it a raw egg to have
for breakfast...
After that debacle he only gave fish store food to his bettas. One lasted almost 3 years. He now has a 6 1/2 gallon tank with yellow guppies.
And yes, they're doing just fine...

who needs to look throught those akward glass walls into the aquarium when you can simply bend your head at a comfortable angle and pear throught a foggy tube ut a poorly made lense at a fish you cant focus on, I mean come on its the "wave" of the future
