im thinking of getting some big 10inch clown loach to go with my rays any coments

I've seen it done before with retics but i dont know how long it had been working or if it continued working, deffinately worth a try though.

i think i will give it a go i think it will look real nice with black rays and orange clown loach

they should do a good job of cleaning up

my rays are only small 6inch so they wont be able to chew them and if i mix them from young the rays should be used to them

im more worried about the clown loach damageing the rays thease are big clowns the biggest i have seen their body is near 5inch deep

Cool Amwell is a bloody joke they have zebra plecs in at the minute £445 each made me laugh.

well i had 4 x 10inch clown loach in my tank for 2 days they were fine with the rays and even ate ray crap it looked sweet

BUT i just done my water change and the temp dropped like normal to 78 from 86 and the clowns started rubbing and flicking after 15mins of tank refill

so before an out brake of white spot/ick chould even start to take hold of the clowns they are out and in the 3ft tank until tommorow

i have way to much to lose to risk it from white spot/ick

as a xmas present to myself im thinking of adding a high grade red to my com im going to look at it tommorow to make up my mind

i think 7 aros will be to much but i have seen many asian tanks the same size as mine with 8 aros in

red can get a bit bigger than xback

we will see
