Thinking Marine

I have kept tropical for a long time and always wanted Marine
I have a Jewul Tank that I think is about 30" (cant find the measure to check)I took the filter box out last year so its just the tank,and jewul hood.
Could this tank be converted to marine?I would need to use the hood as I have a cat that would end up in the tank if it didnt have the hood on.
If this tank could be used is there an big big idiots guide to starting?

Yes you can "convert" that to marine. You can use anything for marine, even a pint glass (my next project). Check the nano sections pinned threads. A lot of them are really helpful on starting up small tanks like yours. Just check all the pinned threads here, everyone is helpful. Research and read as much as you can before you dive in so you dont drown
