Thinking About Starting A Nano

I have been sorting some of my garage stuff out and come across loads of bits and bobs so im thinking of starting a nano tank, so far i have

50kg of carib sea arognite fine sand
40 kg of ocean rock
numerous heaters
4 internal filters
1 external filter
rowaphos
electronic thermometer
about 6 small tanks (largest 15 gallon with lights)
pipes clips bulkheads and a sheet of 6mm acrylic

So im thinking of using the 15g tank and knocking up a sump so i can get at least 25g of water.

Just thinking of using a small tank for a sump with a skimmer, heater and a return pump about 1500 lph

so what do you think
