Thinking about spawning...

So I'm thinking about spawning my new female. First off, I know they can have 500+ babies, and I already have a 55 gallon grow out tank and a 10 gallon breeding tank. And will find homes for them, and if I can't, will be prepared to keep them all! I won't be doing it until summer, so I'm starting to save jars now.

Anyway, I need to learn about the geno's for Bettas etc.... I'm not sure what male to spawn her with... Can you guys give me your opinions???

This is my girl, she is a celophane delta...

Here are the boys--

Mai Tai - He is a Mustard Gas Delta:

Nitro - He is a Crown Tail / Plakat mix:

Neptune - He is a Halfmoon:

And I have Skylar, a Wal-Mart Veiltail, I don't think he's an option??

I think you would get some incredibly super cool babes from Nitro and your pretty girl!

Skylar should not be an option because he'll only make more veiltails (veils are dominate) and I dont think you'll want veiltails. If you want, you can wait for a male of the same color so the color would look nice. It's your choice (haven't breed bettas yet, gonna soon in 3 months ) and I think someone should jump in and help me here.
