Well i am thinking of coming back to the fish again. A few years ago i was really into my tropical fish and breeding them, then university etc kind of got in the way so i sold up.

Now that i am working full time i am thinking about buying a marine setup.

What are the things to look out for?
Is it much different from tropical fish keeping?
What do you think of these set ups? would any be worth buying?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks,

Overstocking and putting things in the tank that you know absolutely nothing about.

It is different in the sense that more can go wrong and the initial cost is much more. I come, however, from a planted tank background so the actual maintenance difference typically there was actually lessened. I was already used to a specialized system.

I think they're all rather ugly, tbh, just from an aesthetic stand point. My goodness you have this lovely big tank and that's all you do with the stocking. Sheesh! Lack of vision. Otherwise, all three have their strong points and weak points. Look for the system that'll give you the most with regard to equipement. I'd have to look at them in more detai. I deal with picos and nanos, so I don't need as much equipment.

I think tank one is the best option imo.
