Thinking About Getting One (l201)

thinking about getting some, anyone know anything about them? appart from being a pleco

i know the basics like the size

but will four be able to go in a tank which holds 71.1 litres and i have no fish or snails in the tank.

maybe a rough estimate of how much, depending on size and what not. theres soome selling 4 of the fry (inch long) for about 15 to 25 pounds is that a good price?

well 15-25 is a big range for a start, considering that 25 is nearly double 15. Personally i wouldn't pay more than 15 for a one inch L201, i'd also expect a discount if i was buying 4, unless if course you mean the group is 15-25?

thats a pretty small tank for 4 plecos, i would only want 1 male in the four for a tank that small, but i dont think you will be able to sex them at an inch long so doesn't sound like a great plan to me. Fully grown you would have 4, 5 inch plecos which is definitely too much for that tank i think.
