Thinking About A Gold Nugget

At the moment ive got a small 2 ft tank (24"x18"x12") Ive got 2 kribs which have paired off, 3 mountain minnows and 1 remaining neon. Im thinking about buying a gold nugget plec but was wondering if the kribs would maybe attack it or the plec will maybe eat the krib eggs if they spawn, just wondering if they are generally OK to keep with the others. Also, my plants are doing well and I dont want the plec to damage them, would it? Ive got lots of wood for the plec to munch on. Parameters are ph 6.5 kh 2 gh 3-4.
