Two days ago I did a 80-90% waterr change in my 75 gallon tank and I planned to move the tank so I could access all sides of it as I couldn't previously...well I moved all ornaments, wood and rocks out, shaking to make sure nothing's in them nothing was...draining the tank ladi da, get about 30% done and I couldn't see my 3 inch Bn Plec but I couldn't stop as light was getting bad and I had to be quick and the huge pile of wood and rocks would of taken awhile to examine...well cut out about 1/2 hour of draining then 1/2 hour of lifting the tank back then about another 1/2 hour filling the tank back up with warmish water...well when the water level was about 20% in the tank I had a good look No Bristlenose so I left him for dead...well once the water was 75% up I decided to scape the tank back I looked in the pile Nothing placed everything in apart from a piece of bog wood...I look into a hole in the wood to find a dark coloured pleco in the hole, I was peeved...placed the wood in the water as a last effort to see if it was alive nothing....lift it out of the water look in the hole to a still pleco..Until it's dorsal fin suddenly flicked straight up I put it in the water and it resides in the tank alive and well after about 1 and a 1/2 hours out of the water...all I can think of is it was sucking water from the wood to keep alive Lol...
