Hi guys N gals.
As some of you will know, I have been busy planning to move my tank from the garage inside after a house move.
After lots of waiting for wood and other bits the move has finally took place.
Today I emptied the tank and put the water, rock and fish into a large koi vat that I borrowed from work (ah the benifits of working at your LFS).
I also gave the tank and sump a good scrub and helped my dad to make adjustments to the stand.
The best part of it all is that ive finally been able to cut out those god ugley pipes from the middle of my tank used to get water to the sump. I will be using an overflow box instead. Just had to glue down a pane of glass with sealent which will take about 48 hours to dry.
So for the time being the fish rock and water will remain in the vat untill sunday night when I get back from work.
I still have a few bits and peices to do but instead of start a new thread each time I am going to update my journal.
I will add lots of before, during and after shots too so be sure to check it out in a week or two.
After this is all done, my next project will be my clownfish breeding setup!!
