Last night i arrived home rom work, and just briefly checked the tank.. I found this wierd looking creature that i have no idea what it could be, so i`ll explain what i saw and maybe someone could help:

1st of all, the lower half of the body was a snail.
It had a shell which did not surround the body, like it just sat there.
It had tenticles coming from different parts of its body facing different directions, with two thicker larger tenticles coming from the facial area..

But.... It didn`t slide like a snail, it actually walked picking up itself like it had legs, it really freaked me out.
It scurried across the bed, and walked up rocks, and set itself in me china coral.

1st i thought it could be some type of n.branch, but i dunno...

I tried to take a pic, but i couldn`t get it from the coral and plus didn`t know if would actually sting or anything.

any ideas anyone...
The pic i drew best i can do..lol

dunno.. the shell only cover about 5% of its body, its a really small shell, same shaped as the albalones shell. But the walking thing thats what got me.

Sounds like a Stomatella Snail to me. They have shells that are shaped a little like a fingernail. They also move like lightning and when the need arises they can actually pick themselves up and sort of shuffle/walk across the surface of whatever they are on.
