The FOTAS (Federation of Texas Aquarium Society) show was this weekend in Houston.Sadly I was unable to attend because I'm dying over here from some disgusting disease....or it's just allergies (which is what everyone is telling me)
So my fish rode with a friend of mine to compete and apparently they did quite well
He just dropped them off and they look so good for having such a rough couple of days
I think they know they're home
Flarin' in the bag
One of my reds
Aaaaaand he brought me a pair of kapuas!!
I have a few ribbons from the show but they have Angelfish on them....cichlid people
Apparently I won the Texas showperson of the Year award as well, but they couldn't find the trophy
They sounded like a well oiled machine
J/K, I completely understand. Putting on a show is hard work and frustrating.
Our club is hosting our second show on October 15th, so I better not make too much fun of FOTAS. Karma and all that good stuff
