the biffster is not feeling well at the moment you
might have noticed that over the last few days
and says he will have to have a break for a while
till he gets himself back on his feet and
feels up to tackling things he hopes to speak
to you as soon as he feels better

still not feeling certain of myself
the paranoia is real bad and i feel as
every body is out to get me i feel like
i am backed into a corner with no where
to run i feel like screaming all the time
and having a go at any one that says anything
i don't know why it just feels like every one as rushed me
all at once thing. thing is i am never ready for it
.i used to fight for things all the time but now i just
cant be bothered to fight any more i have been worn down
and this time there's no coming back i cant beat them and
they wont let me join them so what is the point
there's just no light at the end of the tunnel
no prospects no hope no future for any one who
is ill mentally or other wise

Depression is certainly a hard thing to live with Biff,
is your GP helping you or are you in touch with the good people
in CAMHS (Child and Adult Mental Health)?

I don't want to sound rude my friend, but have you taken your medication,
its so easy to forget when you feel so bad?

Are you managing to get out of the house?

cheers seffie all is taken care of
mrs biffster makes sure of that
i go to counselling when i need it
i have been like this for over 20 yrs
on and off just some times it effects me
more than others there's only one person
who can help me out of it and that is myself
some times it only takes days some times it takes
months it just that i have to get my head around things
and sometimes it takes longer than other times

Oh Biffster I do hope our dissagreement on the size of the diadema wasnt anything to do with how you are feeling . I admit when I saw your post about how far that tank was away I myself got paranoid you were gunning for me. (I suffer from the nasty D too!!). Its horrible when you read something someone has put the wrong way and it makes you feel like someone is out to get you. I have been in that situation on other forums and just stopped posting. TFF is the longest forum I have ever been a member of because everyone is so nice.

If it was something to do with our disagreement, then I apologise from the bottom of my soul.

been to see my great nephews again to day
i feel a bit better sitting talking
with my auntie Lynn its done me the world
of good harry is about 2 and Ambrose
is about 13 15 months and they think
he might have cerebel palsy its good sitting
with them it reminds me of when i was a kid
