this is the 55 gal. in my living room there are 6 labidochomis caeruleus, 6 auloncara maisoni, and a juvinile nimbochromis livingstonii(which I intend to get a 72 gallon bow front for him).

Nice Tank. I wanted to suggest purchasing your next tank from the newspaper or Ebay. I got my tank

on ebay and I got a hell of a deal. I figure why buy new when you can get everything i.e filters gravel even

fish all thrown in. My tank was a local pick up but I got tons of coral, fish and tons of filtration thrown in.

what are your plans as far as a hood?my 90g hood belongs to a 55g
for my tank i'll proly go to home depot and buy some 1/2" plexi glass w/some hinges,basically i'm gonna make a lid like the glass tops,the ones that flip open for feeding except mine will fit all the way back with a cut out for my filter(nice and snug).can ya picture it?
