Just to inform everyone who has checked out my last post(fish killer), I solved my problem.
I tried using filtered water(from Sobey's) and I added Prime. It's now been two weeks and no fish loss and my water condition is perfect!

So thanks for the all the tips.

P.S I've been told that the water in my area is harder than others.

Congrats on that! But, did you ever find out if your water is safe for you to drink?

(I remember the "Erin Brocovich" comment!)
