Just wanted to extend a thank you to all who have helped and posted previous to me regarding their sick betta. I have a betta who was on the brink of death, stopped eating, stopped moving, heavy breathing, fins began to rot who has come back to life. I would have lost him without this forum.
It took weeks of different medications, tank conditioners/stress coats, and water testing kits through trial and error but finally he’s coming back to his normal self
. By chance does anyone know how long it takes for fins to grow back? He didn’t start with fin rot but with all the stress and sickness he went through he lost his color and some of his fins...color has come back and fins have stopped rotting so just let airing to see how long.
