I love the look of the pure bred fighting thai Plakat the broad body thick and chunky and the almost plate armor scales,to me the show Plakat just dosn't come close,so iv been looking around to buy a pure bred.But it will take 4 to 5 days to get to me from Thailand ,is it crulity to order one as how well would a fish treavel in 4 to 5 days?

Considering that all the fish other pet shops get are shipped too, I'd say your OK. Just make sure to ask for a heat pack or several.

the ones in the pet shop only take less that 24 hours..........as they are imported on a license which is how i get mine shipped this coming Monday will pick up Tuesday Manchester airport the other way Ems is via post which takes 4-5 days this time of year still a risk of over night frost, but should be OK heat packs don't do anything for four days of traveling only last two of them......

I wish they'd invent a time release heat pack. That would rock.

hey come on you have given good advice i just put it into context on lfs bettas, before i got my license i used ems a lot, more expensive for a couple of bettas and also illegal in this country, but we all have or still do it just don't get caught £2000 fine, or even imprisionment.......anyway i used to find paying for a heat pack that only lasted two days was not very good when it was taking five anyway and also learned don't have anything shipped in the winter as it don't usually make it unless it is shipped on a Monday as for some reason only takes 4 days from thailand.......so just keep giving advice OohFeeshy its not far off the mark, and your always spamming anyway he-he avitar...............
