Tff Site Layout Suggestions!

Hi all espically mods, i have some good suggestions that will most likely help with the new layout

IPB pics - just like the pics of the neons and clown loach that was on the old layout, yous should put a pic of a fish that relates to that section such as a pic of a betta beside the betta section!

Logo - the new logo at the top of the page is a bit non fish related, i would suggest that you either

use the logo that was used when the layout was most like facebook with the curved edges
or
the original logo with the electric yellow lab cichlid

Pinned topics - yous would need to divide the pinned topics from the ordinary topics it might just be me but it's a bit confusing

anyone else that may have a suggestion can suggest below

Thanks for your suggestions. We do have some plans for changing the logo, the one there is only temporary. To add the dividers, it requires it to be manually done on each skin, would you be able to say which skins they do not appear on and I can work to add them.

Finally regarding the IPB pics to indicate new posts or not, there are issues with copyright in using photos of fish for these, and it takes considerable amount of time to cut them out. If you would like to create some then you would be welcome to, and depending on how they look we may well use them on the forums.

hi, the lgo that wasn't fish related was on a skin that apeared on my laptop but as i am on my pc i don't know which skin it is i will explain here anyway:

the logo was a deep sea blue colour, had a star sign in the back ground and in the o of forums i think.
I will start a topic in tropical discussion section, asking people for their own pics of the fish that will relate to the IPB pics

RE the logo, surely at some point soon the TOTM one should take over. So for a short period it doesn't really matter.

(Hopefully) if that does happen it's only going to be on the skin that's got the clown loaches etc. I don't want my shiny Pro skin tarnished by fish pictures.

I hate that yellow lab logo and loved the new one (that's now gone).

Hopefully, a tank gets selected soon.
