Tetratec Ex1200

I've got a spare Tetratec EX1200 External filter available.. It has a brand new head supplied by tetratec under warranty. It comes complete with media for all four tiers, but will require new fine media for the very top (only about a fiver for a pack of two).

It has all the hoses / fittings and spray bar, but the hoses and bar are a bit grotty (covered in algae)

Make me an offer.. I don't mind posting it, but I imagine it would cost a tenner or so via courier.

Cheers Alex, all set up and working fine. How old was it? I was thinking all the media would be filthy when you said it would need cleaning. Hardly any muck in there at all. So suprised at how much media there is in these compared to the fluval 205. Just managed to fit it through the door on the cabinet. Cracking mate, cheers.

Glad your happy mate.. They don't require too much cleaning in all honesty, I just didn't want you to expect it to be like new inside!

I could probably pop over at the weekend sometime with the female jewel if that is of any use ??

What are you doing Saturday morning? I will be coming over to Mansfield so it would save you a journey. Other than that anytime at the weekend would be fine i reckon. Just let me know what's good for you. The filter was so easy to fit, it was brilliant. Really impressed with the quality also! Transfered the ceramic rings from mine to the new one so hopefully all will be fine. So much media in there it is unbelievable!
