My tetratec ex1200 priming button got jammed inside the filter head, but luckily I had a replacement head so have changed this.
But as it was still in warranty I have reported this to tetra UK and they say it needs a new filter head. Filled in the form etc and that's it. I have heard nothing back, no email confirming it's been processed - so I wondered if I didn't finish the form properly and havejust completed another, yet was all the same.
I can't get a contact number for them, an error message came up. It's all had to be done online. The filter was only bought in October!
Has anyone had any experience with waiting for a reply or replacement from Tetra UK? are they any good?
