my albino tetras are chasing around one of the other fish...i think there being agressive...but there spinning around a bit ... are they fighting or what...should i get rid of the agressive fish.. there not fin biting or ne thing,...just chasing eachother around...is this normal

Perfectly normal, just sorting out the pecking order but.. if this carrys on and turns into fin niping id suggest you take the aggressive one out.

if it is being territorial, take it out for a while and let the others get along, then after a few days or a week re-introduce the fish again and then he will be the new one and wont be as teritorial (hopefully)

Perfectly normal, after pecking order issituated it should stop. May begin again if you add more of the same fish later
