Tetras

Im thinking of adding a shoal of tetras to my tank(Not sure what type yet) but can most of them cope in a community tank with other fish? Any fish they dont get on with?

the answer to that question really depends on the tetra in question
once you have decided on a few you like ask again and we can help you more accurately.

Yeah i agree with Wolf, there hundreds of types of tetras, some grow small while some grow huge, some are peaceful while others are very agressive etc etc. You really need to give us more idea on what particular tetra's interest you, remember there's the forum's own fish profile index for more inspiration too if you like (tetras generally fall under the characin family of fish) .
