Tetra Stomach

I've recently become concerned about one of my neons, whose stomach has swollen to extremely large proportions. I'm not sure if it's carrying eggs, constipated, or bloated. Any advice at all is helpful.

That doesn't look good . Im afraid I don't know much about this sort of thing. Other members will have a much better idea than me. In the meantime, I would do a WC just in case it's linked to parameters.

That poor little Neon isn’t going to make it much longer . A month tops .

Update: today there is no such lump on any of my tetras. I did skip a feeding yesterday but that's probably not it.

Perhaps really over ate, I've seen small lumps form when they over eat, but never one as abrupt and exaggerated as that one hopefully, this is the case and you just got an odd guy.
