One of my Pristella Tetras appears to have something that looks like a blood clot on the side of his body. It is like a tumor or a bubble under the skin that is red in color. Prior to this I noticed he has been swimming around the tank in a somewhat jerky fashion. What could this be and how can I treat it?? Everyone else in my tank is fine. The Ammonia is 0 and so are the Nitrites. HELP!!! 
As a precaution, net the fish and put in nurse tank
