My heavily planted tank temp fluctuates from 25C to 27C most days. Im not sure why. I have lots of circulation (filter and power head) and I do have a good 300w Jagar heater in my 90g. I have the heater right beside my filter intake to try to facilitate heat distribution. My lights are 9" above my tank on wires so Im really not sure why this flux is happening. Im starting to wonder if my Jagar it is not that good, or of 300w is not enough for my 90g. any ideas?
I have a 300w cheep heater in my 55g and the temp is allways 25.1 to 25.2 and never fluctuates.
Also are there any small temperature activated fans that can be bought for the top of a tank?
I also should add that my tank temp is not only high when the lights are on, itis in the night too....strange....
