Funnily enough, I don't see advertising cruelty to animals as a good thing.
And neither do I! My life is devoted to the conservation of animals and upholding an ethical approach to all things that involve live animals.
Why can't you ever see the non-sensational version of anything???
As said elsewhere by many other animals lovers, you have no idea of the facts behind that artwork/exhibition/temporary aquarium or whatever it is.
I find it unimaginably sad that you have nothing better to do than grasp at the worst possible situation simply to give your day some excitement.
You dont always have to be the biggest, loudest vigilante it doesnt proove anything to anyone.
The "aquarium" could have been there less than 24 hours for all you know, in which case is it more or less stressful than what fish undergo while in transit to your LFS?
Is it more or less stressful than the average LFS? which is full of tanks too small for the full sized fish and probably getting tapped on all day long.
Is it of any relevance that the article on it by an independent source accidently called them tropicals when they arent?
Weigh it up and realise that all you know is there is a picture of some koi carp amongst others in, what is for all intents and purposes a large aquarium (mocked up as a phonebox or not...)
Just take a breathe, sit down and maybe your fishtanks can relax you.
Cheers!
