I don't think it's physically possible. The T. perugiae are tiny and have large mouths for their size, but not large enough to ingest shrimp, unless they are very small shrimp.
I see that you were only thinking about getting one of them. I would not advise only getting one, for they are highly social creatures. My trio actually make little croaking noises when searching for food and when they are near each other when the lights are out.
They are also better off in a tank of their own (or in your case, a shrimp tank), because they aren't the best at getting food. They only come out when the lights are out, unless they haven't eaten in a few days, then they will lay out on the substrate waiting for food.
