Fish Crazy
I have a juvi BGK in a 20. I have a 75 that I am going to slowly be setting up (i'm building rock sculptures, caves, perhaps background etc). This will be the bgk's home once it is ready. Question about tankmates:
The basic rules as I understand it are:
1)nothing so small that it can become food unless you want it to become food
2)nothing too aggresive/finnippers
3) *controversial* only one electric fish per tank
ok rule 3 is not an issue because he'll be my only one regardless of what could happen, so lets just not bring it up
I've heard angels do well with them. I'm contimplating some mix of angels, keyhole cichlids, and cockatoo dwarf cichlids. My tank (if all goes to plan) will have many rock arches and caves to disperse aggression because less line of sight.
Any ideas how well bgk's would be with any of those species? Any other species for recommendation?
