Hello,

I've got a batch of 10 day old fry, no idea how many between 50-70 i'd say, and they have been in a 5gal, corys spawned again today, so ive got another 60 odd eggs, is it a good idea to upgrade the 5gal to a 10 gal? both for water quality and space? just i dunno how long its gonna be untill the first batch are big enough to go in with adult fish, and don't want to cramp them. Keeping in mind a 10 gal will cause me problems with putting the fry into the tank and moving into the place where the current tank is, just wanna know if its worth doing.

thanks for any input

I would move them, its easier keeping a bigger tank stable :good:

I put my tri's in with the adults when they were around 12 weeks old, just depends what size they're. :)

If all your fry survive then you'll need a bigger grow out tank for them than the 10 gal...

Would love a bigger tank to put them in, but money/space prevents me from doing this, 10gal will have to do, as soon as they are big enough will be selling them anyway, not that i want to
